If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Eligibility
- Product must be unused, unwashed and in original condition.
- Original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Invoice / order confirmation must be available.
Non-Returnable
- Products altered, washed or damaged by the customer.
- Items without tags or original packaging.
- Sale / clearance items marked as final sale (if applicable).
How to Initiate a Return

- Share order ID, reason and clear photos of the product.
- Our team will guide you on pickup or self-ship.
Refunds & Exchanges
Approved returns are eligible for exchange (size/colour subject to stock) or refund to the original payment method / bank transfer for COD orders. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the product.
